www.knotessential.com was built with the purpose of helping others. People who come from all walks of life who share a common goal and ideas for a positive result in whatever challenges we are facing in life.
Our History
With a recent diagnosis of Bipolar type 1 disorder with psychiatric features at the age of 34 years old. Multiple (undiagnosed at the time) manic episodes and hospital stays since high school. We wanted to make this website in hopes of connecting people and sharing stories of obstacles and how to overcome them.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness is an organization with a mission of providing advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives. Click on find out more to be directed to the organization's website.
What we do
Our primary focus is on aviation, technical rope rescue, every day useful knots, how to videos and blogs. We hope to share challenges that we have encountered along the way. Everything from job loss, financial hardship and relationships. To setting goals and accomplishing them.
